*Mind matters. Even though we want to focus on the improvement of your physical self, you need to start with your mental self. Once your mind is on board with the goals you are seeking, your body will follow much easier.
*Planning. You must know exactly what you want to accomplish and how you are going to get there. Read your goals everyday and take action towards them daily. Plan your workouts and meals a week in advance. Every fit person know what they are going to do the week before they do it and you can too.
*Track. Keep track of your progress. Track your water intake and make sure your drinking 100 ounces a day. Track your workouts and watch your progression.
*Weekly. Stay on track during the workweek on eating healthy and not having any treats. On the weekends you can choose a certain favorite meal or treat to reward your hard work.
