  1. Highly Acid Fruits - Eczema is known to be triggered from fruits that are rich in citrus acid. Citrus fruits are also considered to be worsening eczema and "too much fruit" is the term that is suitable for this instance.

  You can have bouts of eczema just by eating fruits like lemons, strawberries, pruners, tomatoes and plums. It will benefit you if you avoid these fruits completely.

 5. Processed Foods - Food preservatives like sulfites, benzoates, glutamates, food colors and chemical additives increase eczema.

 6. Saturated Fats - Saturated fats increases blood cholesterol and pressure. Inflammation and scaling worsen for a person suffering from eczema because of higher heart rate that is triggered by these fats. Animal fats and processed meat products are considered saturated fats and you should avoid them. Foods like sausages, hotdogs and bacon are high in saturated fats.

 7. Seafood Allergies - Seafood allergies can happen to anyone. A person suffering from eczema should avoid seafood like lobsters, shrimps and crabs - that are a form of shellfish which causes skin irritations and swelling.
