According to a survey among over 200 US nutrition experts and registered dietitians, a set of five trends will be in the spotlight and in the consumers mind in 2013.

   Natural diets are in, low-carb / fat diets are out

  With the increase of people actually making food at home, they will be looking at the ingredient list to evaluate the food they serve at home. Focusing on natural products, and making these dishes delicious will be the focus on many house-cooks globally. This expected trend already points heavily towards the Paleo diet.
